Some basic guidelines of our slide, negatives and photo pricing are as follows:

	For scanning the original: $2.00 per each photo.  $0.85 per each slide and $0.85 per each image on a negative strip.  Bulk-rates available for large jobs!  For slides or negative jobs over 300 items (and a dpi of 500 or less), the bulk rate is $0.75 per slide or negative (and a dpi of 500 or less). For large dpi jobs where scanning slides and negatives at a dpi greater than 500, the cost is $1.50 per negative or slide and there is no bulk-rate discount on high-dpi jobs.
	For small negative or slide jobs (10 or fewer), there is a minimum base fee of $17.00.
	Large-Format scanning: $7.50 per image or document.

            Services provided: We clean your slides and negatives to remove dust, then scan and digitally correct your slides or negatives (fade and color correction) so that they look their best!  We rotate them for proper orientation (if we can determine it), and for a slide show on DVD, provide various, tasteful transitions or (if you want) simple fades from one slide to another.  You may elect to use background music or not, or request songs of your own for a small, additional fee.  We have no minimum order! If you only have 5 or 10 slides, we'll do your slides for you.  Several hundred?  No problem, and you get a discount for any amount of slides or negatives over 300!  If you want your slides as image files on a CD or flash drive instead of (or in addition to) a slide show, that's not a problem either. You may provide a new (not previously used) flash drive or buy one from us. We stock 8 and 16 gigabyte SanDisk flash drives.  We can also make professional quality prints from your slides or negatives.  The largest negatives we can handle are 8x10 glass large format.

Depending on the damage to the photo and how extensive the restoration is $20/hour.

Sharpening, red-eye removal, color adjustment, contrast adjustment and other cosmetic or restorative work: varies per photo and may be included in the $20/hour.

            Services provided:  We must see your damaged photo(s) in order to provide an estimate on the number of hours it'll take.  Therefore, you may call us to arrange a time to bring your photo(s) to us, or you can mail them to us.  Please call us at 360.943.7229 to discuss photo restoration with us.

Printing photos 4x6 to 5x7: starting at $2.00 each.

 

Basic guidelines of audio (LPs, 45's, 78's, reel-to-reel, 8-track, cassette, mini and micro-cassette) transfers to CD:

Transfer of Reel-to-reel, LPs and 78's to CD (or digital audio formats) is $27.50.  45's are $10.00 for each record (both sides included).

	8-track, cassette, mini and micro-cassette transfers - $25.00.
	Reel-to-reel tapes are cleaned with a micro-fiber cloth: $12.50 per tape. Records are cleaned with the Record Doctor record cleaning
	system, $12.50 per record (regardless of size).
	$10.00 for each copy beyond your initial copy that comes with your transfer job.
	Includes media, label and case.

            Services provided:  At our shop-rate of $15 per hour, we use special software to remove the vast majority of pops and clicks in your records, and tape hiss in your tapes, restoring the audio fidelity to nearly pristine condition (depending on the quality of the original recording).  If you want your audio tracks turned into mp3 or wma files (or other digital audio formats), please talk to us about it.  Music is tracked into standard format for typical CD playing (i.e., track breaks).

Basic guidelines of video (VHS, VHS-C, Hi-8, Betamax, mini-DV HD/SD or mini-DVD.  PAL to NTSC conversion now available!) transfers to DVD:

	Transfer to DVD: $15.00 per each hour of video.
	$25.00 per each hour of HD (mini-DV) video.
	$10.00 for each copy beyond your initial copy that comes with your transfer job.

            Services provided:  At our shop-rate of $17 per hour, we edit them to clean up rough spots and provide titles and (if desired), menus and chapters.  We also provide customized service to ensure that your videos are titled the way you want.  The case will contain background artwork and several select images from your video as well as a title of your choice that appears both on the front of the case and on the spine.  If you want, we can supply you with the mpeg or avi video file so you can do your own editing.

Basic guidelines for 8mm and Super 8mm and 16mm film transfers to DVD:

	$30.00 for 1st reel and $20.00 each additional reel, any size.
	Cleaning fee: $12.50 per reel.
	The standard cleaning fee will be applied to each reel of film.  This assures the best transfer for you and ensures our equipment's life-span.

CD/DVD Duplication guidelines:

        Services provided: We provide media and labeling for your duplication jobs.  We offer you a choice of paper sleeves or hard plastic slimline CD/DVD cases.  We specialize in smaller duplication jobs that most business won't bother with (less than 50 copies), but we'll also do larger jobs of up to 100 copies.  A bid for your duplication job will be provided to you so you can decide if you want us to perform the work.  Short-deadline copy jobs (24-hours or less, or weekend jobs) generally aren't accepted.

               Video Photo Album Demo

The purpose of that demo was to give you an idea of what we can do in creating a photo album on DVD.  It was fairly basic, only using some of the more advanced transitions between photos.  The length of time a picture can be displayed can be varied greatly, as can the length of time that a transition between one photo and the next takes.
